Vegan? Yes, we can accommodate most flavours.
Allergen Cakes – we can accommodate allergy friendly cakes no problem, but they come with a but… We keep our processes for Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free cakes separate from the processes containing allergens. However, we do not run a solely allergen friendly kitchen. While we adhere to strict separation and cleaning processes, a lot of our ingredients contain a disclaimer on their packaging (for example, cocoa powder) stating ‘contents manufactured in the same factory as gluten containing ingredients’ and because of this, we can only control eliminating cross contact during our process. We do not have separate mixers or bowls for GF/DF/Egg free orders, but all equipment is cleaned thoroughly, following strict processes, in between each order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us – we believe in being transparent and honest.
