The best way for us to quote for your special day is to complete our Wedding Enquiry Form.  Consultation dates are set twice a year and run alongside a tastings box offer. You don't have to book both together if you only want to pre-book a tastings box.

We understand sometimes it can be helpful to have a ballpark figure to the question 'how much is a wedding cake?' - and while it's very dependent on flavours, number of guests, design etc, a wedding cake usually falls between $3.50-$5 per person.

Things to consider when meeting with your cake guru (whether it's us or your Great Aunt Sally);

• When will the cake be cut during your day?
• When will the cake be served?
• Where will the cake be located? (Marquee, outside, inside)
• Will you have a cake table and special cake knife?
• What are the guest numbers or portions you want to cater for?
• How many tiers do you desire?
• Do you want a cake topper, fresh flowers, or sugar paste flowers to keep?
• Do you want to keep the top tier to freeze or enjoy later with just the two of you?
• What kind of cake shape, colours, theme, and accessories or decorations would you like incorporated in the design?

A lot of where, when and how questions will determine how much cake you will need and which portion size we would recommend. We are well equipped to provide solutions to however you would like your cake to feature on your day.

Budget  &  Flavours

Everyone has a budget for their wedding cake and that is personal to you. We respect that.

We don't want price to be the elephant in the room so please feel free to voice your budget expectations during the consultation or in the Wedding Cake Enquiry form.

As part of a consultation and subsequent quote, we can offer solutions for your cake decisions in order to be realistic towards your budget.

Cake is not just about the design on the outside, the inside can be as impressive as you would like it to be. Maybe you have a favourite cocktail from your first holiday together, or a dessert you both have a mutual love for, the movie snack you always splash out on, or the chocolate bar from your childhood made into a cake flavour. We will talk to you about any special moments that you could capture in your cake - the flavour options are endless!
